This day retreat experience includes:
Intention Setting: The day will begin with time dedicated to setting intentions to carry with you throughout your wellness journey.
Guided movement and breathwork: You will be offered and lead through multiple body-based practices to support you.
Meditation: Guided meditation will be offered prior to medicine portion of the day.
Curated Music: Our journey playlists are designed specifically to enhance your experience.
Guided psychedelic experience: During the medicine portion of the day you may experience relaxation and states of heightened awareness, mindfulness and self-acceptance, antidepressant effects, out-of-body and dissociative experiences, and potential increased insights about undesired behaviors. Dr. Mike & Kerry will serve as your guides for whatever may unfold on your journey.
Integration: We are here to help you integrate your thoughts, feelings, sensations and realizations surfacing from your experience into your day-to-day life.
Your safety and comfort matter. All participants will be medically screened and cleared by Boise Ketamine Clinic prior to experience. Space is limited to 10 participants.

$850** (includes medical screening and intake)
Deposit of $300 required upon registration to hold your spot. Remainder of fee is required by June 17, 2022.
